The tree is now well established and stands in a copse on the left side of the road when proceeding towards Kiveton from Todwick just after the nursing home.
The Tree is surrounded by a small metal fence and has a plaque mounted on a stone in front of it telling its history.

Three times a year the local Morris team LORD CONYERS MORRIS MEN dance at the site.
That is they perform the Abbots Bromley Horn Dance on May eve and on the nearest Saturday before Christmas.
They dance up the sun on May morning on the first of May each year.
